Finite Math Homework Help

Finite Mathematics is a course focusing on mathematical concepts that have applications to business related ideas. The prerequisite level of mathematics knowledge needed is covered in UIC's Math 090 Intermediate Algebra course. The help features are not available when taking the quiz, but are made available when the student reviews the quiz from the MML gradebook pages.

Suppose that a bill passed the Senate with 32 more votes in favor than against, with three times as many Democrats voting in favor as non-Democrats voting in favor, and 34 more Democrats voting in favor than Republicans voting in favor.

If every member voted either for the bill or against it, how many Democrats, how many Republicans, and how many members of other parties voted in favor of the bill? I tried using an example from the previous question, but it doesn't seem to work.

If you have NOT purchased a book or course packet, it will give you the option to purchase an access code online.

Students with disabilities who require special accommodations for access and participation in this course must be registered with the Office of Disability Services (ODS).

We would like the survey to be done before the end of the second week of the semester.

In the 75th Congress (1937−1939) there were in the Senate 75 Democrats, 17 Republicans, and 4 members of other parties.

If you already have one from a previous semester, you can just log in.

Later on, you will need your 6 digit access code which came with the book or course packet.

There is also an emphasis on using some technology to assist in finding the answers to many exercises in many of the topic areas.

This emphasis is chosen to give business degree students an opening look at how technology will likely enter into their working careers once they leave the university. We will cover most of chapters 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
